If you are new Pass Holder or purchased a different pass from last season, you will receive your pass card in the mail. After you’ve completed the purchase online, create or login to your existing account on www.whistlerblackcomb.com. Visit the “My Account” page and upload a photo. Once the photo has been approved, you will receive your Whistler Blackcomb Unlimited Season Pass in the mail. Passes will be shipped beginning in May.
If you are a renewing Pass Holder, continue using your current pass card next season as you will not receive a new card in the mail. If you lose your pass, please go to your local lift ticket window or contact Guest Services at 1-800-766-0449.
