Please go to any Whistler Blackcomb Guest Services area, present a photo ID, and you’ll be able to pick up your pass. Please note that all members of your party require to be in-person to pick up their pass. We recommend stopping by the Guest Service locations the day before you go skiing to avoid morning delays.
If you purchased your pass in advance online, you have the option to use Mobile Pass through the My Epic app rather than a season pass hard card. This allows you to go straight to the lift using your phone as your pass. Please visit https://www.epicpass.com/app.aspx for more information about how to activate and use your Mobile Pass.
